Programme Management
We offer a full management service for culture and heritage projects. Only one project of this type is undertaken at any one time to ensure that the highest standards of service are delivered.

Consultancy and Organisational and Professional Development
We offer a fully bespoke consultancy service including; service/departmental evaluation and review, strategic planning and business development. Projects of all sizes are undertaken - both in-house and externally funded.
Our key professional development programmes - Reflection, Review and Re-invention © and Professional Gardening © are suitable for staff in all sectors and at all levels - and volunteers. Please contact us for further information.
