Examination Management and Invigilator Training

The COVID-19 pandemic has led many institutions to move 2020 examinations online from the traditional face-to-face format. However in many circumstances there is still a need for conventional examination settings.  We have current experience of delivering face-to-face examinations in a COVID-19 secure setting – and of working with external venues to do so. Please contact us to find out more.

We are currently working to enable our services to be delivered online.  However the following services will also continue to be offered in a face-to-face format, where appropriate and within COVID-19 secure environments.

  • Supervision of university and professional body examinations including; venue assessment, paper-checking, management and supervision of candidates and assistant invigilators, liaison with the examining body and venue staff.  Also supervision of candidates with special arrangements as a result of defined equality need.

  • A full review and evaluation of your institution's current position and requirements

  • Recommendations on an appropriate assessment staffing structure - including the use of Senior Invigilators, Invigilators, Attendants and Chief Invigilators

  • Recommendations on the recruitment, employment and management of contract invigilation staff - including advertising and selection
